Abstract: Dalian "Smart Ocean" demonstration project has effectively utilized trial support facilities, such as special test area, data center, wharf and vessel. By combining modern intelligent technology and information processing technology with marine equipment and marine activities, and based on a perfect system of oceanographic information collection and transmission, the industrial big data and internet big data technology has been used to realize ocean resource sharing and marine activity coordination, and to explore new demand and create new value.
