基于全波形反演的定量超声层析成像研究综述

  • 摘要: 超声成像作为一种实时且非侵入性的成像技术,已在医疗领域得到广泛应用。传统超声成像主要依赖于将超声信号转换成B模式图像,未能充分利用信号中蕴含的丰富声学特性信息。定量超声成像是传统技术的有力补充,不仅保留了B模式图像的直观性,还对目标组织的声学特性进行了定量分析,实现了对这些特性的绝对尺度上的精确映射。全波形反演技术的应用为定量超声成像带来了突破性进展。该技术通过全面分析超声信号,显著提升了成像精度。文章在简要介绍传统超声成像技术的基础上,深入总结了基于全波形反演的定量超声成像技术的研究进展,并对未来的发展方向进行展望。

     

    Abstract: Ultrasound imaging, as a real-time and non-invasive imaging technique, has been widely applied in the medical field. Traditional ultrasound imaging primarily relies on converting ultrasound signals into B-mode images, which fails to fully exploit the rich acoustic characteristic information implied within the signals. Quantitative ultrasound imaging serves as a powerful complement to traditional techniques, retaining the intuitiveness of B-mode images while conducting quantitative analysis of the acoustic characteristics of tissues, achieving precise mapping of these characteristics on an absolute scale. The application of full waveform inversion (FWI) technology has brought revolutionary progress to quantitative ultrasound imaging. By comprehensively analyzing the entire ultrasound signal, this technology significantly enhances imaging accuracy. This article briefly introduces traditional ultrasound imaging techniques and then delves into the current state of research on quantitative ultrasound imaging based on FWI, providing a prospective outlook on future development directions.
