  • 摘要: 超声检测技术在锂离子电池评价中的应用日益受到重视。随着电池技术的不断发展,确保其安全性与性能变得尤为重要。超声检测作为一种无损检测手段,能够有效获取电池材料性质、识别电池内部缺陷、评估荷电状态和健康状况。通过分析超声波在电池材料内传播时的反射和透射特性,可获取有关电池内部结构和性能的重要信息。本综述探讨超声检测在电池评价中的最新进展,分析其原理、应用实例及未来发展方向。

     

    Abstract: The application of ultrasonic testing technology in the evaluation of lithium-ion batteries is attracting growing attention. With the continuous advancement of battery technology, ensuring safety and performance has become increasingly critical. As a non-destructive testing method, ultrasonic testing can effectively characterize battery material properties, detect internal defects, and assess both the state of charge (SOC) and state of health (SOH). By analyzing the reflection and transmission behavior of ultrasonic waves propagating through battery materials, crucial information about the internal microstructure and electrochemical performance can be obtained. This review summarizes recent advances in ultrasonic testing for lithium-ion battery evaluation, covering its fundamental principles, representative applications, and future research directions.
