计及气流和线性温度梯度的内插管扩张式消声器理论研究

A theoretical study on the extended inlet/outlet silencer with airflow and linear temperature gradient

  • 摘要: 本文根据消声器在实际工作过程中声管内温度发生变化的特点,推导了考虑气流和线性温度梯度情况下刚性直管的声场传递矩阵。在此基础上,通过对内插管扩张式消声器等效模型的简化,建立了其声场传递矩阵和插入损失数学模型,并通过实验验证了理论的正确性。

     

    Abstract: The transmission matrix of rigid straight pipe with mean flow and linear temperature gradient is established according to the actual case of silencer.Utilizing the equivalent circuit diagram of the extended inlet/outlet silencer and the theory of rigid straight pipe that has been established. The mathematical model of the transfer matrix of the extended inlet/outlet silencer and its insertion loss can be obtained. The numerical results are verified by comparing them with the experimental results.
