Abstract: A power ultrasonic supply,which can realize zero phase difference frequency tracing and fixedness of output power,is presented in this paper.Zero phase difference frequency tracing is realized with integrated PLL circuit in this supply.The power output can hold fixedness and can be changed through changing the output voltage of BUCK circuit with the control of PWM control circuit.The supply system is simple,smaller,lighter,and not expensive.
