Abstract: Total flavones were extracted from pueraria lobata ohwi with ultrasound using alcohol as solvent.Effects of pre-marinating time,ultrasound power,time of ultrasonic treatment,and aspect ratio are studied.With 300W ultrasound power,20 min processing time,10 min pre-marinating time,and the aspect ratio being 1,maximum extraction yield was obtained.
