摘要: 针对水声处理中存在的瞬态冲击噪声问题,介绍了瞬态冲击噪声的特点,指出传统的高斯分布并不适合于描述冲击噪声,与此相比,SαS分布具有性能稳定,拖尾大等特点,并给出了SαS分布的定义及相关性质,通过参数估计log|SαS|法对其分布参数进行估计,并对新模型进行了仿真分析及实际数据处理比较,证实了SαS分布在描述水中瞬态冲击噪声方面比传统的高斯分布有更大的优势,因此SαS分布能够更好地描述水中瞬态冲击噪声。Abstract: Impulsive noise in underwater acoustic signal processing is introduces.An introduce to a statistical model is given based on a class of symmetric α-stable(SαS) distributions which is well suited for modeling noise that are impulsive in nature.An overview of the class of α-stable distributions and α-stable distribution parameter estimation is presented.This distribution is used to model measured impulsive noise.It is demonstrated that the SαS distribution with heavier tails than the Gaussian distribution gives a much better approximation to underwater impulsive noise.
