Abstract: The current version of the international standard ISO3382(Measurement of the Rever-beration Time of Rooms with Reference to Other Acoustic Parameters) was published 7 years ago.In this paper,choices of source signals,causes of measurement errors,influences of signal proce-ssing methods on the obtained results,noise correction methods,etc.,are discussed based on room acoustics parameter measurements made in recent years.The discussion is useful for improving measurement precision in room acoustics,as well as to revision of the related national standards.
