压力管道泄漏声发射信号频谱特性实验研究
Experimental study on spectral characteristics of acoustic emission from pressure pipe leakage

摘要: 以水为实验介质,进行了充液压力管道泄漏声发射信号的实验研究。利用小波变换对不同流量、不同泄漏孔径条件下检测到的声发射信号频谱特性进行了分析研究,结果表明充液管道泄漏信号经小波分解后a6级信号的能量占总能量的绝大部分,信号的主要频率成分集中在3.05kHz-3.81kHz左右。Abstract: Acoustic signals due to leaking in a liquid-filled pipe were measured with water as experimental medium. Wavelet transform was applied to these signals acquired at different flows and different diameters of leaking holes to analyze the spectrum characteristics. The results show that the leaking signal of liquidfilled pipe can be analyzed by wavelet. Most of the leaking acoustic emission is concentrated at the a6 level and its main frequency components are within 3.05~3.81kHz.
