摘要: 依据二端口网络理论,利用力电类比方法,从变截面杆作一维纵振动的运动方程出发,建立了机械二端口网络的数学模型及传输特性方程,进而给出了功率超声振动系统中各部分的二端口网络传输参数;建立功率超声频率跟踪及恒定功率控制方案的网络分析方法。Abstract: Based on the theory of two-port network and the motion equation of the rod that vibrates in one dimension longitudinally, a two-port mechanical network model and its transfer function are derived using the mechanic-electric analogy. Further, mechanical network parameters of diverse parts of the power ultrasonic system and the network analysis method for frequency tracking and constant power control are presented.
