Abstract: Based on sea trail data processing,the characteristics of tow ship radiated noise are conclu-ded,and a model is established to simulate the noise. Firstly,one dimensional sequence is constructed by a broadband noise sequence generated from AR model,and several line spectrum components. Then accor-ding to ocean environment conditions and geometry positions of the towed array and tow ship,the rece-iving acoustic field is modeled by multi-path propagations of acoustic wave. The simulated data are quite similar to the sea trial data in time,frequency and spatial domains.
