Abstract: The conception of Network Centric Warfare (NCW) has been widely accepted in military region. As its underwater style,much attention has been paid to the studies of Networked Underwater Acoustic Warfare (NUAW). Concept and research scope of NUAW are firstly defined. The main respects of the concept,such as Underwater Acoustic Network (UAN) and its application in NUAW,security of UAN,Un-derwater Acoustic Attack,and Networked Underwater Acoustic Countermeasures,are depicted thereafter. The above-mentioned parts together constitute the integrated infrastructure of NUAW. At last,prospect and implementation of NUAW are describe,and relevant suggestions are proposed.
