压力和温度对两种液压油的超声波速度的影响

摘要: 流体介质的声速测量是超声非接触压力测量和流量测量的基础,介质中的声速主要受压力、温度和介质本身物理特性的影响。为研究液压油的超声特性,本文以实验数据为基础,通过回归分析方法建立了两种液压油的声速-温度(C-T)、声速-压力(C-P)和声速-油品(C-O)模型,为采用超声非接触检测方式测量液压系统的压力和流量及其它类似介质的超声特性研究提供了实验依据。Abstract: Sound velocity which is mainly influenced by pressure and temperature of the medium,is the key parameter to the ultrasonic non-contact measurement. By the regression analysis of experimental data,the velocity-temperature model and velocity-pressure model of two sorts of popular hydraulic oil are estab-lished as a basis for the ultrasound non-contact measurements of the pressure and flow of hydraulic system.
