Abstract: Based on modem acoustic theory,the data of different diameters pipe temperament by ZHU Zaiyu and the revised data by YANG Yinliu are analyzed and calculated. From the point of standard pipe diameter, YANG Yinliu's pipe temperament is just a complete twelve-tone equal temperament.Thus laying the theoretical basis of solving the haft-century-long unsettled questions in musical acoustic is founded.
