Abstract:
Irrespective of environmental condition, time reversal approach can self-adaptively compress multi-path and selectively focus on a target, reduce inter-symbol interference(ISI) and co-channel interference(CI) of multiuser communications,so it is widely used in underwater acoustic communications.Based on the passive time reversal approach,an offset term is added to vertical receiving array processing, which can restrain one user's receiving signal amplitude to achieve communication with another pointed one.The computer simulation shows that this method can reduce half of bit error rate(BER) as compared with only using time reversal processing. The sea-trial data analysis is generally consistent with the simulation.
