Abstract: After the analysis of high power ultrasonic field and operation principle of common voltmeter the relative variation of mechanical amplitude of ultrasonic vibration system can be directly monitored by the detector of a common voltmeter,and it has the advantage of simplicity in the later circuit process. The output voltage of the detector is proportional to the square of the mechanical amplitude of vibration system. The detector is practical,simplein structure and reliable.
