Abstract: Progress of the study on the antitumor effect of hematopophyrin derivatives irritated by ultrasound. nlamely, sonodynamic treatment, has been reviewed. This paper summarizes the methods and the results of resarch progressed in recent years. Sonodynamic treatment would make up the deficient of photodynamic treatment and therefore has greater application prospect. Some problems and objectives in the future have been discussed.
