Abstract: In the light of the features of pulse signals, a method of detection and data acquisition is proposed for pulse signals in human body.Relationships among various parameters for data acquisition and processing are discussed and values of the parameters are given. The frequency domain analysis methods of pulse signals are introduced. Power spectral graphs of two kinds of pulse signals are obtained. Some conclusions are drawn which will be of great reference values in cardiovascular disease diagnosis.
