Abstract:
A SAW piezoimmunosensor system is described, it is defined as a new type of automatic biosensor system that utilizes the mass sensing characteristics of the piezoelectric material connected to the biological immunosensing element. It becomes a kind of automatic analytical sensors and is developed for a real-time, quantitative analysis of multi antigens, antibodies and also for the study of reaction kinetics. It can provide properties of high specificity, sensitivity, rapid response, minitype and simplicity. The experiment results are given.
