摘要: 基于超声与复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)的综合技术,对高精度位移的检测进行了研究。利用CPLD捕获超声传播时间,将时间信息送到单片机处理,其测量精度取决于CPLD计数频率,该系统具有测量精度较高、成本较低、能实时连续测量、操作方便等优势,其时差测量理论精度达到1μs,有效解决了传统采集方法中测量精度受处理器(MCU)工作频率限制的问题。Abstract: Based on ultrasound and using a complex programmable logic device(CPLD),precision measurement of displacement is studied.In this system the time information is captured by a CPLD and transmitted to an MCU for processing.Precision is determined by the frequency of CPLD.Therefore,precision measurement is achieved with a theoretical accuracy of 1ms.The system is low priced and can be used for continuous measurements.The drawback that the accuracy is limited by operating frequency in the conventional MCU based instruments is overcome.
