直线段汽车密封条静态隔声测试方法

Methods for testing sound transmission loss of vehicle seals

摘要: 基于某型号的汽车密封条,进行了直线段汽车密封条的静态隔声测试方法研究,分别进行了声压法、声强法以及声功率法的测试和比较。试验结果表明,对直线段的汽车密封条,采用声压法、声强法和声功率法测量得到的结果一致。在声反射较小的环境中,可以采取声压法对直线段密封条进行测试。

Abstract: Based on one type of vehicle seals,the method of testing static sound transmission loss of vehicle seals is proposed.SPL-method,STL-method and SWL-method are used respectively.The measurement results show that the same results can be obtained with all three methods.When little sound reflection is present,SPL-method is sufficient for the measurement of sound transmission loss of vehicle seals.
