动圈式扬声器低频驱动下稳态温度场数值分析研究

Research on a numerical simulation method of steady-state temperature field in moving-coil loudspeaker under low frequency driving

  • 摘要: 为了预测动圈式扬声器的稳态温度场,提出了一种数值分析方法。通过有限元法实现对低频信号驱动下动圈式扬声器稳态温度场数值模型的求解,可得到扬声器中任意点的温度值。同时设计了温度测量系统,通过测量该扬声器磁路系统中某些特殊点的温度值来验证数值分析的结果。实验结果表明数值分析结果与测量结果基本一致。

     

    Abstract: A numerical simulation method which can predict the steady-state temperature field of moving-coil loudspeaker is proposed. Steady-state temperature is calculated by the finite element method under low frequency signal driving, and the temperature value in any place of loudspeaker can be obtained. A temperature measurement system is also designed and set up to get the actual temperature values at some special points. The experimental results are generally consistent with the numerical results.
