摘要: 对一款谐振频率接近500Hz的双端纵振-亥姆霍兹换能器进行研究,利用电-力-声类比电路理论对低频性能进行定性分析;利用ATILA有限元仿真对电声性能进行定量预计;描述了双端振子的装配过程;制作了换能器样机,并对性能进行测试及分析。结果表明仿真分析较为准确,双端振动具有较高的一致性,最终实现了低频大功率发射。Abstract: The Janus-Helmholtz transducer with the resonance frequency near 500Hz is presented in this paper. Firstly the theory of equivalent circuit is used for qualitative analysis of low frequency performance and ATILA finite element simulation technique is used for quantitative analysis of the transducer. Then the assembly of Janus500 is described and the Janus-Helmholtz transducer sample is developed and its performance is tested and discussed. The results indicate that the simulation analysis is relatively accurate and the coherence between double ends' vibrations is good enough. Finally the performance of the transducer in low frequency and high power is achieved.
