Abstract:
The common gallbladder diseases in Xigaze City were retrospectively studied for the analysis of the risk factors. Total 229 Tibetans were examined before breakfast in the ultrasound diagnosis department of the Xigaze People's Hospital of Xizang from January to June 2017, and the corresponding questionnaire surveys and examination results were analyzed respectively. According to ultrasound discoveries, examines were divided into two groups:62 cases with common gallbladder disease and 167 cases with undetected gallbladder disease. Univariate logistic regression analysis was used first and then followed by multivariate logistic regression analysis. It is found that there are statistically significant differences (
P<0.05) between the two groups of people in the amount of buttered tea, education level and family history, and the three factors are the independent risk predictors of common gallbladder diseases in the population of Xigaze, Xizang. After this study, it is learned that education on risk factors of common gallbladder disease for Xigaze people needs to be strengthened, buttered tea intake needs to be controlled and epidemiological characteristics of families needs to be studied, those will play a positive role in the prevention of common gallbladder disease.
