注水流量调节阀多孔节流低噪声优化设计与试验验证

Numerical Analysis and Low Noise Optimization Design of Multi Hole Throttling for Water Injection Flow Regulating Valve

  • 摘要: 为有效解决注水流量调节阀在大压差工况下节流噪声异常突出的问题,对调节阀噪声产生机理进行分析,提出多孔节流的低噪声优化设计方案。分别采用仿真和试验的方法对优化前后的流噪声特性进行对比分析,数值计算和试验结果均表明优化后系统内流噪声得到有效抑制,多孔节流优化方案降噪效果显著。将优化后测点流噪声总声压级试验和仿真结果进行对比,试验测量值和仿真计算值误差在2%以内,验证了边界元法计算流噪声的工程应用价值。

     

    Abstract: To effectively solve the problem of abnormal throttling noise in flow regulating valves under high-pressure differential conditions, the mechanism of regulating valve noise generation was analyzed, and a low-noise optimization design scheme for multi-hole throttling was proposed. The flow noise characteristics before and after optimization were compared and analyzed using simulation and experimental methods. Numerical calculations and experimental results showed that the flow noise in the system was effectively suppressed after optimization, and the noise reduction effect of porous throttling was significant. The total sound pressure level of test and simulation results at the monitoring point after optimization were compared, and the error between the experimental measurement value and the simulation calculation value was within 2%, verifying the engineering application value of the boundary element method for calculating flow noise.
