Simulation algorithm for calculating tunnel noise response based on ray acoustics

  • A simulation method is proposed in this paper, aiming to simulate the implementation effect of different noise reduction schemes under real working conditions and to verify its effectiveness in evaluating noise reduction. By comparing the acoustic ray distribution and sound pressure levels under various boundary conditions, it is found that noise can be effectively reduced across the 500–1600 Hz frequency range, with a particularly notable insertion loss of up to 5 dB in the main noise band at the tunnel exit interface. It is hoped that this method will provide solid theoretical support and practical guidance for tunnel noise control, thereby promoting continuous improvement in urban traffic environmental quality and enhancing residents' quality of life. These research findings hold significant reference value and practical application potential for guiding noise control in similar engineering projects.
