A study on the scale prevention of evaporation in sugar industries by ultrasound field

Abstract
Abstract The influence of ultrasound on scale prevention of evaporators was studied, and sugar solution was used sa the research object. Results of ultrasound treatment were shown that not only the rate of scale formation was reduced, but both the capacity and heat transfer coefficient of evaporators were improned. Satisfying results of scale prevention of evaporators were achieved by ultrasound field.
